High Frequency Prelaminates

Sokymat prelaminates are the heart of any kind of High Frequency (HF) ISO card or security product that requires semi-finished RFID transponders inside.

Sokymat's advanced technology for developing and manufacturing prelaminates allows the embedding of almost any kind of available High Frequency Integrated Circuit or module and guarantees optimum mechanical and electrical performance.

Due to Sokymat's proprietary flexible technology, customers can chose from a comprehensive sheet matrix solution starting at 2 x 5 up to 4 x 10 and a variety of different carrier materials such as PVC, Soft PVC, Polycarbonate, PET-G, adhesive tape and our own very durable ceFlex (used for passport prelaminates and inlays)

ISO Card

Due to its fully automated direct bonding technology, Sokymat produces first class products with a superior surface for excellent printing results. The fully automated production also guarantees a constant high level of quality and reasonable production costs

With its patented manufacturing technique, Sokymat is able to avoid the use of modules in its cards assembling process, that generally generate a more uneven surface and higher costs. Sokymat's contactless ISO Cards are available with different ICs and various optional features such as magnetic stripe, thermo rewritable foil, punch marks and more.

All Sokymat ISO cards have dimensions and tolerances compliant with the ISO norm 7816-1, type ID-I. Sokymat ISO Cards are subject to a comprehensive qualification phase exceeding ISO standards.

Combo Card

Sokymat has developed a new ISO card, combining low and high frequency functions in the same card by using the patented direct bonding method for low frequencies in conjunction with the standard high frequency process.

The combo card is particularly useful for the change-over of applications with different frequencies as well as for multi-purpose solutions.

Sokymat offers a standard version, integrating Mifare1K and Unique or Q5, but customised combinations for specific requirements are also possible.

Logi Tag

Logi Tag is a family of Sokymat transponders - comprising the Logi Tag 160, NEW Logi 161 and Logi Tag 120 - featuring small dimensions and high resistance to chemicals, as well as thermal and mechanical stress.

They are suitable for logistics applications that require operation in harsh environments and for all situations in which a good size / reading performance distance is requested.

• Material: over-molded epoxy
• IP68
• Peak temperature: up to 220°C (time limitation)

• Material: Modified thermo plastic (food compatible grade)

IN Tags

IN Tag is the robust and right choice for all industrial applications with severe environment and outside use applications.

Thanks to its new moulding and specific modified thermoplastic, the IN Tag can withstand long water immersion, chemicals ad temperatures of up to 140°C.

It is available in 125kHz or 13.56MHz technology ISO15693 / 18000-3.
